A commerce platform that gives them their own branded website and ordering flow, an admin dashboard to run products, orders, and staff, and a delivery system with route planning and a driver mobile app — built as an alternative to handing margin to third-party delivery marketplaces.
Independent food businesses were paying a large cut of every order to third-party delivery marketplaces, with no owned storefront, no customer relationship, and no control over the experience.
Built a hosted storefront and ordering flow for each business, an admin dashboard covering products, orders, customers, and staff, and a delivery layer with route planning and a dedicated driver app — one platform instead of stitching together a website builder, a POS, and a delivery aggregator.
A business can go from signup to taking its own branded orders and running its own delivery routes, keeping the margin a marketplace would otherwise take.
